What is the Doubles Golf Scoring System? What are Ratings and Rankings?

The Doubles Golf Scoring System is the platform where teams post their rounds and view their Ratings and Rankings.

Ratings

  • Based on posted scores and tee selection.

  • Teams are placed into a division (A, B, or C) and flight (1, 2, or 3) to ensure fair competition.

  • If teams compete outside their rating, stroke allocations maintain parity.

  • Ratings reflect the “three-stroke range” the team typically plays within.

  • Ratings adjust with each posted score.

  • Rating scale: A1 through C3.

Rankings

  • Updated live after each posted score.

  • Teams can see how they rank within their facility, statewide, and nationally in their category.
